SAT extends term for the non-application fines and sanctions of Consignment note complement

Through a statement yesterday, August 22nd, the SAT released the following statement on its website, in which it again extends the term to correctly issue the CFDI of the Income or transfer type with a bill of lading complement, which concluded until September 30th.

The Tax Administration Service (SAT) reiterates its commitment to improve procedures and services to facilitate taxpayer compliance with tax obligations.


In this sense, and with the aim of continuing with the economic reactivation and that the transport sector adapts to the use of electronic invoicing with a Consignment note complement, the deadline for the non-application of fines and sanctions is extended to December 31st, 2022. in the event that it is not issued in compliance with all applicable requirements.


The SAT thanks the taxpayers who have implemented the use of the invoice with the Consignment note complement with all its requirements and invites those who are missing to carry it out within the new term.
