Through communication 031/2022, the Tax Administration Service announced certain facilities to taxpayers, granting an extension to December 31st, 2022 of the following obligations:
• Cancellation of electronic invoices for years prior to 2022.
• The use of electronic invoicing 3.3, since version 4.0 will be mandatory from January 1st, 2023.
• The taxpayers of the Simplified Confidence Regime will be able to issue their electronic invoices with Easy invoice and my Payroll through My Accounts without the need for an electronic signature certificate (e.firma) or a digital seal certificate until the designated date.
• An extension is granted for those taxpayers who have not enabled their Tax Mailbox or registered or updated their means of contact, so that a fine is not applicable during said period.
